The Client understands and agrees that it may receive information from Vesper Service Network (“VSN”) about persons who desire to volunteer their services to Client (“advisors”).

The Client understands and agrees that any information about advisors provided to it by VSN is provided without any representation or warranty whatsoever of its truthfulness, completeness or accuracy, and the Client accepts the information about the advisor at its own risk.

The Client understands and agrees that any advisor the Client engages is engaged at the Client’s own choice and risk and on the Client’s terms and conditions.

THE CLIENT ABSOLUTELY AND FOREVER RELEASES AND DISCHARGES AND INDEMNIFIES VSN, ITS SUCCESSORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, REPRESENTATIVES, SUCESSORS AND ASSIGNS (ALTOGETHER, THE “VSN PARTIES”) FROM ALL ACTIONS, SUITS, LIENS, DEBTS, DAMAGES, CLAIMS, CAUSES OF ACTIONS, JUDGMENTS, COSTS, EXPENSES, EXECUTIONS, AND DEMANDS OF EVERY NATURE AND KIND WHATSOEVER, WHETHER KNOWN OR UNKNOWN, WHICH THE CLIENT EVER HAD, NOW HAS, OR MAY HAVE, WHICH MAY ARISE IN ANY MANNER, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, FROM THE RELIANCE, REASONABLE OR NOT, ON ANY INFORMATION ABOUT ADVISORS PROVIDED TO THE CLIENT OR FROM THE CLIENT’S INTERACTIONS WITH ADVISORS IN WHATEVER FORM AND AT ANY TIME, FROM THE VSN PARTIES.

THE CLIENT knowingly, willingly, and voluntarily waives trial by jury in any action or proceeding to which IT may be a party arising in any manner, directly or indirectly, FROM the information ABOUT ADVISORS IT OBTAINS FROM VSN, OR from ITS interactions with ADVISORS in whatever form and at any time, or from any ADVISOR's actions taken against THE CLIENT directly or indirectly, or from any reliance, reasonable or not, on any information obtained about any ADVISOR from the VSN Parties.

The Client agrees that this Release will be interpreted, construed and enforced in all respects in accordance with laws in the State of Wisconsin. The Client agrees that any and all actions brought arising out of or based in whole or in part upon this Release will be brought in the courts of the state of Wisconsin in which VSN has its principal place of business, and to which the Client consents to jurisdiction thereof.

VSN retains the ability, in its sole discretion, to modify, waive, and interpret the terms and conditions of this Release.
